Returns and Exchanges

Any shipping errors or damage must be reported within 24 hours to intochocolate@gmail.com.  

All food sales are final.  No refunds or exchanges.

Merchandise (non food) items may be returned within 14 days if goods are in original condition and packages are unopened.

In store returns must have the original receipt.
